I don't understand the reviews that talk about a mellow high, or taking it to be productive, as this product isnt ment for that, its a sleep tincture. As a sleep tincture i works great, i sleep through out the entire night, without it i have random panic attacks. Only draw back is there is a slight groggy feeling that lasts about 15 minutes in the morning, which im more than happy to deal with if im sleeping for 8 straight hours.
